Terms
The terms, without the clutter.
The ground rules for using ZolaHub and Jobs.
Last updated 27 October 2026
What is available
The home page introduces Jobs, Mail, Docs, and CRM. Opening Jobs takes you to the jobs app. Mail, Docs, and CRM are not open. Reading about them, or seeing a preview, does not create an account and does not reserve a name at mail.zolahub, docs.zolahub, or crm.zolahub.
Listings
A listing saved on your device is not a public advertisement. Where online submission is enabled, a post needs email confirmation and staff approval before anyone else can see it. Describe your own skills, or an opening you are allowed to advertise. Use a phone number you are entitled to share. Do not include someone else’s private details or photograph without permission.
You can edit or remove a local listing from My listings in the same browser. Clearing that browser’s data can remove the record. ZolaHub cannot restore it.
Work and money
ZolaHub does not hire you, employ anyone for you, verify an identity or a qualification, collect a fee, or process a payment. A rate on a listing is information, not an agreed contract. Agree the work, the rate, and the conditions with the other person. Plans on the jobs app are not checkout.
Other sites
WhatsApp, phone calls, and some job links leave ZolaHub. Check the original advertisement before you apply. Those services have their own terms.
Questions
Write to [email protected]. These terms describe the site as it is. They do not start a mail service, a document service, a customer list, or a payment service.
